Dr. Rishi Narenthiran graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2015, after completing his medical degree (MD) and a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Hons).
In the following years, Rishi gained a breadth of training, knowledge and experience across both regional and metropolitan Victorian hospitals (including Monash Health). During this period, Rishi found his passion in general practice and saw the critical role it plays in providing primary care to communities and families. He then moved to Northern NSW and attained his fellowship in General Practice in 2021.
Rishi is passionate about all areas of General Practice. His clinical experiences and training have provided him with a diverse set of skills that enable him to effectively address his patients’ health needs.
Rishi’s approach is to understand his patient’s circumstances in the context of their current and ongoing medical needs. His advice is pragmatic, evidence-based and tailored to the individual needs of his patients and their families.
